  3. Scheduling and Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled via our online booking platform. Clients are encouraged to book appointments at their earliest convenience to secure preferred dates and times.
  4. Cancellation Policy: To maintain efficient operations and serve all clients fairly, Your Nutrition Pro enforces the following cancellation policy:
  • Same-Day Cancellations:If you cancel an appointment on the day it is scheduled, no refund will be available. This policy is necessary to compensate for the preparation and time allocated to your appointment.
  • Special Circumstances:In exceptional cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, Your Nutrition Pro may grant a credit for a future meal plan at our discretion. Clients wishing to request such consideration must contact our office directly and provide relevant details.
