How are our meal plans different to our recipe eBooks?

Recipe eBooks provide recipes suited to your tastes and preferences and broadly hit your calorie targets. A meal plan is much more dialled in.

When we build a meal plan we consider all of the above plus your macros, recommended dietary intakes (RDI), suggested dietary targets (SDT), your preferred meal pattern, your living situation, and also consider cost. A meal plan results in a much smaller grocery list, as we plan for leftovers and getting you prepped for the week ahead.

Customized Meal Plan Service Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Your Nutrition Pro, a company of registered dietitians and provider of customised meal plans ("Service Provider"), and yourself ("Client") for the provision of customised meal plans based on the information provided by the Client.

  1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider will create and provide individualised meal plans to the Client, taking into account the dietary preferences and information provided by the Client.

  1. Individual Results and Non-Guarantee

The Client understands and acknowledges that results from the meal plans are individual and not guaranteed. Various uncontrollable factors may influence outcomes, and the Service Provider does not guarantee specific results.

  1. Information Accuracy and Liability

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, dietary needs, and any relevant medical conditions. The Service Provider is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the Client's failure to provide accurate or complete information.

  1. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for the meal planning service unless the Service Provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon meal plans within a reasonable time period.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.

By proceeding with this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood its terms and agrees to be bound by them.
