Customised Recipe eBook Service Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Chris Hughes a registered dietitian from Your Nutrition Pro,  and provider of customised recipe eBooks ("Service Provider"), and yourself ("Client") for the provision of personalised recipe eBooks based on the information provided by the Client.

Scope of Services

The Service Provider will create and provide one (1) individualised recipe eBook per month while the subscription is active, to the Client, taking into account the dietary preferences and information provided by the Client.

 

Individual Results and Non-Guarantee

The Client understands and acknowledges that results from the recipe eBooks are individual and not guaranteed. Various uncontrollable factors may influence outcomes, and the Service Provider does not guarantee specific results.

 

Information Accuracy and Liability

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, dietary needs, and any relevant medical conditions. The Service Provider is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the Client's failure to provide accurate or complete information.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for the recipe eBook. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.

By proceeding with this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood its terms and agrees to be bound by them.
